Responsibilities: overseeing the marketing/business partner team's performance and target achievement; conducting market reviews and implementing strategies to reach established targets; managing business processes regarding SOPs both administratively and in the field; overseeing branch/point portfolio quality and quantity; ensuring team cohesion and managing internal team conflicts based on company regulations. Requirements: latest education minimum Diploma; experience leading teams for a minimum of 2 years; experience leading more than 5-10 team members; minimum 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as a Manager (Grameen-style financial institution experience preferred); ability to develop sales & marketing strategies to guide the team toward meeting targets; own a motorcycle; available to join in the near future.
