The primary task involves ensuring operational business efficiency and setting future strategic goals. Job Responsibilities: Monitoring marketing/business partner teams in terms of performance and target achievement. Conducting market reviews and executing strategies to meet established targets. Taking charge of business processes related to SOP, both administratively and in the field. Responsible for branch/point portfolio in terms of quality and quantity. Responsible for team solidarity and managing internal team conflicts based on company regulations. Requirements: Minimum Diploma education. Experience in team leadership responsibilities for at least 2 years. Experience leading more than 5-10 team members. Minimum 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as a Manager (Grameen System Financial Institution preferred). Ability to develop sales & marketing strategies as a team guide to achieve targets. Must own a motorcycle and have a SIM C. Willing to be placed in Kwanyar. Required Capabilities: High discipline (integrity, honesty & transparency). Strong communication and team collaboration skills. High learning spirit, especially for analyzing information and data. Adaptable to change and target-oriented. Capable of building a coaching culture to enhance team performance.
