Job Responsibilities: Oversee the marketing/business partner team's performance and target achievement. Conduct market reviews and implement strategies to meet set targets. Manage business processes including SOP compliance, both administratively and in the field. Oversee branch/point portfolio quality and quantity. Maintain team cohesion and handle internal team conflicts based on company regulations. Requirements: Minimum Diploma in last completed education. At least 2 years of experience leading teams. Experience managing a team of more than 5-10 members. Minimum 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as a Manager (Grameen System Financial Institution experience preferred). Able to develop sales & marketing strategies for the team to achieve targets. Own a motorcycle. Willing to be placed in Kapuas Murung. Benefits: Take home pay of 4,550,000.
