We are looking for an experienced Business Manager (Team Leader) responsible for leading and supervising employee work. The core role involves ensuring operational business efficiency and setting future strategic objectives. The candidate must be capable of coaching and guiding team performance improvements by aligning company vision and culture. The goal is to sustain company activity profitability to drive sustainable growth and long-term success. Responsibilities include monitoring marketing/business partner teams on performance and target achievement; conducting market review and executing strategies to reach established targets; overseeing business processes regarding SOPs in both administrative and field settings; maintaining branch/point portfolio quality and quantity; ensuring team cohesion and managing internal conflicts based on company regulations. Requirements: minimum Diploma education; at least 2 years of experience leading teams; experience leading more than 5-10 team members; at least 2 years in Micro Finance as a Manager (Grameen-style Microfinance Institution preferred); ability to develop sales & marketing strategies as a team framework for hitting targets; must own a motorcycle; willing to be placed across all Cerme areas. Required capabilities: high discipline (integrity, honesty, and transparency); strong communication and collaboration skills with teams; strong learning orientation especially for analyzing information and data; adaptable to change and target-oriented; able to build a coaching culture to boost team performance.
