Job Responsibilities: 1. Monitor the marketing/business partner team's performance and target achievement 2. Conduct market reviews and implement strategies to meet established targets 3. Oversee business processes related to SOPs, both administratively and in the field 4. Manage the quality and quantity of branch/point portfolio 5. Maintain team cohesion and manage internal conflicts in accordance with company regulations. Qualifications 1. Minimum education level of Diploma 2. Experience in leading a team as a leader 3. Minimum 2 years of experience in Micro Finance or a related field 4. Ability to develop sales & marketing strategies as a guide for the team to reach targets 5. Must own a motorcycle for work use 6. Able to join as soon as possible 7.
