Job responsibilities: 1. Supervising marketing/business partner teams in terms of performance and achievement of targets 2. Conducting market reviews and implementing strategies to reach set targets 3. Being responsible for business processes regarding SOP, both administratively and on the field. 4. Being responsible for branch/point portfolio in terms of quality and quantity 5. Being responsible for team solidarity and capable of managing internal team conflicts based on company regulations. Qualifications: 1. Minimum Diploma degree 2. Experience in leading a team (leader) 3. Minimum 2 years of experience in Micro Finance or related field 4. Able to draft sales & marketing strategies as a guide for the team to achieve targets 5. Owns a motorcycle for work use 6. Able to join as soon as possible and willing to be placed in Babakan Ciparay, Buahbatu, Ujung Berung, Coblong, Sukajadi 7. Willing to work on-site/field Required abilities: High discipline (integrity, honesty & transparency); strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with the team; high learning enthusiasm especially for analyzing information and data; adaptable to changes and target-oriented.
