Position: Business Manager Malaka Tengah - Nusa Tenggara Timur Responsibilities: 1. Monitoring marketing/business partner team performance and achievement of targets 2. Conducting market reviews and executing strategies to reach set targets 3. Overseeing business processes in relation to SOP, both administrative and field-based 4. Ensuring branch/point portfolio quality and quantity 5. Maintaining team solidity and managing internal team conflicts based on company regulations. Qualifications: 1. Minimum Diploma degree 2. Minimum 2 years of experience leading a team 3. Minimum 2 years of experience in Micro Finance or related field 4. Ability to develop sales & marketing strategies as a guide for the team to achieve targets 5. Own a motorcycle for work use 6. Available to join as soon as possible 7.
