Requirements: Completed a minimum Diploma III degree. Experienced in managing a branch office. Have led a team of more than 5-10 members. At least 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as a Business Manager / Leader (Grameen Bank system / Microfinance financial institutions preferred). Able to develop Sales & Marketing strategies as a guide for the team to achieve targets. Own a personal vehicle and a SIM C (motorcycle license). Willing to be stationed at the Parindu branch - West Kalimantan. Responsibilities: Ensure all branch KPIs within the assigned regional scope are achieved effectively. Ensure branch operations in the assigned area run smoothly through human resource provision and management. Ensure the expansion of designated managed areas by Amartha is executed properly. Ensure portfolio quality aligns with Amartha's objectives and branch audit scores meet management expectations. Uphold principles of transparency at the branch.
