Responsibilities: 1. Monitoring performance and target achievement of the marketing/business partner team 2. Conducting market reviews and executing strategies to reach established targets 3. Overseeing business process SOPs both administratively and on-site 4. Managing the quality and quantity of branch/point portfolios 5. Ensuring team cohesion and handling internal team conflicts in accordance with company regulations Requirements: - Minimum education of Diploma - At least 2 years of experience leading teams - At least 2 years of experience in Micro Finance or a related field - Ability to develop sales & marketing strategies as a team guide for reaching targets - Owns a motorcycle for work use - Available to start as soon as possible - Willing to be placed in Kresek-Tangerang Benefits: 1.
