The position reports to the Team Leader and covers full management and oversight of the branch/point office, including: ensuring portfolio quality and quantity grow in line with Amartha's stated objectives; ensuring all staff deliver their best performance through capacity development planning, workflow monitoring, and conflict management; ensuring recruitment, service delivery, and partner support processes follow applicable SOPs and guidelines to maintain partner satisfaction; being accountable for evaluation, validation, and approval of financing applications in accordance with SOPs, credit ratings, and partner eligibility; ensuring optimal branch repayment rates; managing and strategizing all field operational processes (expansion, financing recruitment, service delivery, and partner support) for the branch led; handling all branch office administration; and ensuring operations, policies, and procedures at the branch office run smoothly and in compliance. Requirements: minimum Diploma education; at least 2 years of team leadership experience; experience leading more than 5-10 team members; minimum 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as a Manager (Grameen System Financial Institution preferred); ability to develop sales & marketing strategies to guide the team toward targets; owning a motorcycle and SIM C (C-class driving license); willing to be stationed across Amartha's entire work area in the Padang Lawas Region. Required capabilities: high discipline (integrity, honesty & transparency); strong communication and team collaboration skills; eagerness to learn, particularly in analyzing information and data; ease in adapting to change and target orientation; ability to build a coaching culture to improve team performance.
