Responsibilities: Ensuring all branch KPIs within the assigned Regional scope are met effectively; Overseeing branch operations in the designated Area through proper staffing and human resource management; Ensuring the territorial expansion targets set by Amartha are carried out successfully; Maintaining portfolio quality aligned with Amartha's objectives and ensuring branch audit results meet management expectations; Upholding principles of transparency within the branch. Requirements: Minimum education level of Diploma III; Proven experience in taking charge of branch operations; At least 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as a Business Manager / Leader, preferably with institutions operating under the Grameen Bank / Microfinance system; Experience leading more than 5-10 team members; Ability to develop Sales & Marketing strategies to guide the team toward reaching targets; Must own a personal vehicle and hold a SIM C; Willing to be stationed in Amartha's working area in the Mojokerto region.
