Branch Manager of Sumbawa - West Nusa Tenggara Responsibilities: Ensuring all Branch KPIs within the assigned Regional scope are achieved effectively. Ensuring branch operations in the assigned Area run smoothly through the fulfillment and management of human resources. Ensuring the designated regional expansion areas assigned by Amartha are executed properly. Ensuring portfolio quality aligns with Amartha's objectives and branch audit results meet management expectations. Upholding the principle of transparency at the branch. Qualifications: Minimum education of D3 (Diploma 3). Has experience being responsible for managing a branch. Has experience leading multiple team members. Minimum of 1 year experience in Micro Finance as a Business Manager / Leader (preferred experience in Grameen Bank System Financial Institutions / Microfinance). Able to formulate Sales & Marketing strategies as a guide for the team to reach targets. Possesses a personal vehicle. Willing to be assigned in Amartha's Sumbawa working area. Benefits: 1.
