Conduct security investigation and survey across company operating areas using both overt and covert methods. Carry out AF Trigger investigations as assigned through daily tasks, ensuring each assignment is properly handled according to company procedure and within the established SLA. Perform investigation processes for Point of Sales (POS) operations in line with business needs, following company procedure and meeting SLA requirements. Complete Employee Background Check (EBC) procedures as requested by HR Function and business needs, adhering to company procedure and within the SLA. Manage security and investigation-related data collection and analysis, prepare reports, gather evidence through photo and voice recording, and ensure all data and information included in reports are accurate. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor Degree or above. At least 2 years of experience in banking/financial field within a related function. Experience in dealing with police force or public prosecutor.
