Job Responsibilities Design and implement the MCN Agency Channel strategy to support creator acquisition, activation, monetization, and overall business growth. Oversee and manage the MCN Agency / Creator Partnership team to reach acquisition, GMV, revenue, and productivity targets. Source, secure, and develop strategic partnerships with MCN agencies, talent management companies, creator networks, and influencers. Oversee the full MCN partnership lifecycle, covering prospecting, negotiation, onboarding, activation, and retention. Build scalable MCN programs, incentives, campaigns, and initiatives aimed at improving creator engagement, productivity, and revenue contribution. Track MCN and creator performance metrics such as active creators, content/campaign participation, GMV, revenue, and retention. Work alongside Affiliate, Product, Operations, and Finance teams to carry out creator and MCN growth initiatives. Review market trends and performance data to spot growth opportunities, while coaching and developing the team to meet business targets. Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline. At least 3 years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnership, Sales, MCN, Creator Management, or Influencer Marketing. Demonstrated history of hitting revenue, GMV, creator acquisition, or partnership growth targets. Well-established network and experience collaborating with MCN agencies, creators, KOLs, talent agencies, or digital communities. Solid grasp of MCN, creator economy, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and social commerce. Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities. Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a target-driven approach. Fluent in English, both spoken and written (MUST). Open to travel when needed.
