KitaLulus is looking for a candidate to help with daily operational and administrative tasks to support smooth data management and reporting workflows. The role involves collecting and managing job posting data, maintaining accurate records through spreadsheets, and producing routine reports. It also covers resolving basic technical or operational problems within scope and carrying out general clerical work such as preparing documents and supporting communication needs. In a fast-paced setting, the candidate is expected to be detail-oriented, communicate effectively, and help meet individual monthly performance targets. Requirements: Detail-oriented; Familiar with spreadsheets; Own laptop and Wi-Fi; Good communication skills; Good copywriting skills; Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment. Responsibilities: Collect job posting data; List data in spreadsheets; Keep records and reports up to date; Handle technical issues within area of expertise; Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents. KPI: Obtain at least 30 companies per month to create dashboard accounts and actively post job vacancies.
