Manage and validate data entries for loyalty program events. Liaise with providers and vendors concerning upcoming events while tracking ongoing events to confirm they match the plan. Monitor, gather reports, and evaluate post-event performance, then share findings with the Head of Branding. Offer strategic input and recommendations on marketing plans put forward by providers. Develop presentation pitches for ideas and concepts tied to upcoming exclusive events. Oversee all duties and responsibilities assigned to the Branding Staff. Participate in creative concept discussions and work alongside the design team on internal projects, including logo creation and branding assets. Carry out market research by assessing competitor events to set performance benchmarks and inspire innovative ideas for future events. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from a reputable University in Indonesia. Ability to adapt to domestic as well as international travelling. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Agile, proactive, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
