Job Description: Managing sales through business plan development, setting individual and team sales targets, and overseeing sales activity and team performance. Requirements: 3 years of experience in travel agents and customer groups; well organized and detail oriented to successfully manage travel plans and schedules; well versed in various areas of travel including domestic and international, business and holidays, group and individual; understands the travel market and consumer behavior; possesses creative problem-solving abilities to address potential travel and scheduling issues; ensures company quotas are met by conducting daily check-ins with the sales team to set objectives and monitor progress; strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in English.
