Position: Business Manager (Team Leader) – Amartha is seeking an experienced Business Manager (Team Leader) to lead and supervise the work of employees. Primary responsibilities include ensuring business operational efficiency and setting future strategic goals. The role also requires competency in providing guidance for performance improvement by aligning with the company's vision and culture, aimed at ensuring the profitability of company activities to support sustainable development and long-term success. Job Responsibilities: - Monitoring the marketing/business partner team regarding performance and target achievement - Conducting market review and executing strategies to reach established targets - Overseeing business processes related to SOP, both administratively and in the field - Responsible for branch/point portfolio in terms of quality and quantity - Responsible for team cohesion and capable of managing internal team conflicts based on company regulations Requirements: - Minimum Diploma in last education - Has experience in leading teams for a minimum of 2 years - Experience leading more than 5-10 team members - Minimum 2 years experience in Micro Finance as a Manager (Grameen System Financial Institution preferred) - Able to formulate sales & marketing strategies as a team blueprint to achieve targets - Owns a motorcycle and SIM C - Willing to be placed in Magetan Required Skills: - High discipline (integrity, honesty & transparency) - Strong communication & collaboration skills with the team - High learning spirit, especially in analyzing information and data - Adaptable to change and target-oriented - Able to build a coaching culture to improve team performance Benefits: 1.
