Responsibilities: - Preparing and serving high-quality beverages following standard operating procedures - Serving customers in a friendly and efficient manner, including taking orders and processing transactions - Keeping the work area (counter) and customer area clean and tidy according to SOP - Assisting with inventory management and reporting missing ingredients to the Store Manager - Receiving and documenting incoming ingredient reports. Qualifications: - Minimum high school diploma or equivalent - Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service or F&B, preferably in cafes or coffee shops - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask with attention to detail - Basic math skills for handling transactions - Friendly, reliable, well-groomed, and strong work ethic - Willing to work on a shifting schedule - Barista certification (considered a plus).
