Bancassurance in-branch sales representative positioned at Bank BRI branches, also serving as a financial advisor, responsible for providing financial planning, retirement planning, investment advice, and financial consultation services by marketing and selling IBS Bancassurance products to clients. Qualifications: minimum D3 degree in any major; good presentation and negotiation skills; attractive appearance, confident, and communicative; passionate about sales; fresh graduates or candidates with experience in insurance sales, financial industry, or other sales roles; candidates with prior insurance experience must hold an inactive AAJI agency license status; good conduct and integrity; no negative record (e.g., fraud); willing to be placed at any BRI office throughout the North Sumatra (Sumatera Utara) region.
