Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor's degree (S1) or above is required; ideally in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail, or a similar discipline. • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in B2B or wholesale sales. • At least 2 years of experience in the fashion or retail industry (must-have requirement). • Demonstrated success in driving organic sales growth and winning new clients. • Well-established network of contacts, particularly in areas beyond Java. • Good grasp of sales cycles and how the retail business works. • Effective communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities (English proficiency is required). • Independent, proactive, and strongly focused on meeting targets. Main Responsibilities • Promote organic B2B sales growth by actively finding, engaging, and converting prospective new clients. • Develop and grow business networks, especially in non-Java regions, to expand market reach. • Carry out complete sales processes: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closing, and handover for execution. • Manage and nurture current client accounts to ensure repeat business while keeping new account acquisition as a priority. • Create and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to consistently achieve or surpass targets. • Keep track of market trends, competitor actions, and customer insights to discover new opportunities. • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless order fulfillment. • Provide consistent sales updates, pipeline status, and performance reports to the line manager. • Address customer concerns in a professional manner to sustain strong business relationships.
