Collaborate with the procurement department to examine fuel suppliers, assess fuel quality, pricing, and supply capacity, and conduct analysis and screening as a basis for selecting high-quality and cost-effective suppliers. Support the supervisor in coordinating quality inspection work when fuel arrives at the plant, including arranging sampling, filing inspection requests, and coordinating with relevant parties. Strictly monitor water content, ash content, calorific value, density, clustering index, flash point, and other indicators in accordance with established standards. Communicate and coordinate with suppliers regarding handling methods such as returns or replacements, price adjustments, and related matters. Develop and refine norms and processes related to fuel storage, oversee and ensure storage safety, and prevent quality degradation, losses, or safety accidents caused by improper storage. Assist the supervisor in preparing detailed monthly fuel plans based on the production plan provided by the production department, operational conditions, and energy demand. Formulate a complete emergency fuel distribution plan and utilize existing fuel distribution processes to monitor inventory conditions, transportation status, and weather conditions in real time. Maintain communication and coordination with fuel transportation suppliers and fuel suppliers, and relay fuel distribution-related information to various departments within the company in a timely manner, including production, warehousing, and quality inspection departments. Responsible for bilingual translation of professional materials in the fuel field, including fuel procurement contracts, technical specifications, quality standard documents, and others, to ensure accurate and professional translations that align with industry terminology and expression conventions, and meet internal learning needs, production implementation, and external cooperation requirements. Translate fuel-related meetings, technical exchanges, and business negotiations while ensuring smooth cross-language communication. Support the department supervisor in daily cross-language communication with professional managers, fuel suppliers, and partners; provide translation assistance for matters such as fuel supply plans, quality dispute handling, and distribution coordination; follow up on communication outcomes and provide timely feedback to ensure efficient fuel business progress.
