Roles and Responsibilities: Contributing to Center growth by working with the Center Director to help centers meet their KPI. Partnering with other divisions to plan and carry out marketing activities that build, maintain, and promote the brand locally while drawing in potential customers. Overseeing the sales team and managing sales processes to hit daily targets. Collaborating with the Senior Teaching Manager to improve school operations and maintain teaching quality, student satisfaction, and retention. Managing the Center: Developing and supervising full cooperation across all departments. Consistently maintaining a safe, clean, operational, and welcoming center environment in line with English 1 standards. Job Description: Managing Others – Hiring the best candidates for every role at the center using established L2H procedures. Making sure all staff members get suitable induction, coaching, mentoring, and continuous training. Requirements: Minimum S1 degree, ideally in business management. At least 3 years of management experience in a fast-paced growth setting, independently handling overall management and working with people from different cultures. Capable of communicating effectively in English, both spoken and written. Strong interpersonal abilities and a proven track record in team leadership and staff management. Sales and marketing background. Prior experience in achieving sales targets is an advantage. Organizational capabilities, detail-oriented, and able to manage a complex, multifaceted organization. Problem-solver who is self-motivated. Can work under pressure and possesses good analytical skills. Basic finance management skills. Good computer skills, including MS-Office.
