Job Description: Increase sales performance within the area across the GT & Mix channel. Maintain sell-in, sell-out, and distributor performance in a specific area. Monitor the performance of the field operations team (salesmen). Analyze and recommend prospects for new business opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with clients/distributors within the assigned area. Job Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as an Area Sales Supervisor or in any sales-related role at an FMCG company is mandatory. Experience with sales in the GT channel. Good communication and negotiation skills. Willing to be placed in Kudus, Central Java. Good knowledge of Distributor Management.
