As an Area Manager, the role oversees the overall management and monitoring of Branch Offices including: Ensuring all Branch KPIs within the Area scope are achieved properly, including: Ensuring portfolio quality and quantity grows in line with the goals and objectives set by Amartha; Ensuring recruitment, service delivery, and partner mentoring processes are conducted according to SOP; Ensuring strategies, management, processes, and operations of all branches within the supervised Area scope; Ensuring branch office administration is complete and orderly; Ensuring branch office operations run smoothly by confirming permits, infrastructure, and inventory are fulfilled; Ensuring all policies and procedures are strictly adhered to by all staff at the branch office; Ensuring all staff deliver their best performance through training, performance monitoring, and conflict management; Ensuring branch operations in the Region function through HR fulfillment and management; Ensuring expansion set by Amartha runs smoothly; Ensuring portfolio quality aligns with Amartha's goals and branch audit scores meet management expectations; Enforcing principles of transparency at the branch. Requirements: Minimum last education Sarjana; Has experience responsible for leading at least 2 Branches; Experienced in leading more than 5-10 team members; Has minimum 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as Coordinator/Supervisor/Branch Head/Area Manager; Able to compose sales & marketing strategies as a guide for the team to reach targets; Owns a motorcycle and SIM C; Willing to be mobile across the entire Central Java area. Skills Required: High discipline (integrity, honesty & transparency); Possesses strong communication and collaboration skills with the team; High learning spirit especially for analyzing information and data; Easily adapts to change and is target-oriented; Able to build a coaching culture to improve team performance.
