Position oversees full management and monitoring of branch/Point Offices, including ensuring all branch KPIs within the Area scope are met, covering: quality and quantity of portfolio growing in line with targets and objectives set by Amartha; recruitment, service, and partner mentoring processes carried out per SOP; strategy, management, processes, and operations of all branches within the supervised area; complete and orderly branch office administration; branch operations running smoothly with licensing, infrastructure, and inventory fulfilled; strict adherence to policies and procedures by all branch staff; staff delivering their best performance through training, performance monitoring, and conflict management; branch operations in the regional area maintained through human resource fulfillment and management; expansion set by Amartha executed effectively; portfolio quality meeting Amartha goals and branch audit values meeting management expectations; and upholding principles of transparency at branches. Requirements: minimum Bachelor's degree; experience responsible for leading at least 2 branches; experience leading more than 5-10 team members; minimum 2 years experience in Micro Finance as Coordinator/Supervisor/Branch Head/Area Manager; ability to craft sales and marketing strategies as a guide for the team to reach targets; possession of a motorcycle and SIM C (motorcycle license); willingness to be mobile across the entire Kebumen area. Required capabilities: high discipline (integrity, honesty & transparency); strong communication and team collaboration skills; high eagerness to learn, especially for analyzing information and data; adaptable to change and target-oriented; able to build a coaching culture to boost team performance.
