Founded in 2020, Seven Retail operates as a House of Brands with over 200 centers and growing across F&B, Education, Healthcare, and Lifestyle Services, aiming to make higher quality, premium lifestyle services accessible to more people. Responsibilities: Sales & Enrollment Growth: Manage Student Advisor teams to meet monthly and quarterly enrollment targets. Analyze lead funnel and conversion metrics to identify growth opportunities. Execute marketing and local partnership initiatives to boost brand visibility and lead generation. Review school-level sales performance and coach teams to improve lead handling and conversion rates. Work with Marketing and Strategy teams on region-specific sales campaigns. School Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of all preschools within the assigned area, ensuring compliance with operational, safety, and academic standards. Monitor adherence to company SOPs covering attendance, parent communication, facilities maintenance, and learning quality. Visit schools regularly to review performance, address gaps, and maintain smooth operations. Manage staffing needs for teachers and support staff alongside the HR team. People Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop School Principals and Center Leaders to strengthen leadership capability and operational excellence. Conduct performance reviews and deliver structured feedback to improve individual and team outcomes. Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and service excellence across schools. Parent & Community Engagement: Ensure consistent high-quality parent experience at every school. Address escalated parent concerns promptly and professionally. Build relationships with the community and external partners to enhance the school's reputation and reach. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in multi-site sales operations management, preferably in education, retail, or service-based industries. Demonstrated track record in sales management and team leadership across multiple branches or regions. Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Willingness to travel regularly across the assigned area.
