Your Day-to-Day - Lead, coach, and motivate Student Advisors, Academy Managers, and Center Leaders to hit enrollment, conversion, and business targets. - Track sales performance, analyze business data, and roll out strategies to boost enrollment, customer retention, and overall center performance. - Manage daily operations across multiple centers, maintaining compliance with company standards, SOPs, safety, and service quality. - Make regular center visits to review performance, spot areas for improvement, and deliver operational support. - Build team capabilities through coaching, performance management, and working with HR on staffing and manpower planning. - Deliver a strong parent experience by handling escalated concerns, building community relationships, and supporting regional business growth through reporting and strategic initiatives. Who We're Looking For - Bachelor's degree in any field. - 4–6 years of experience in sales-driven operations, ideally in an Area Manager, Multi-Unit Manager, or comparable leadership position. - Track record of managing multiple branches/outlets, leading large teams, and consistently meeting sales targets. - Solid analytical skills with the ability to leverage sales and operational data to guide business decisions and improvements. - Strong leadership, coaching, communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship management abilities. - Education industry experience is a plus, along with readiness to travel regularly between centers. - Willing to work in Bandung and travel to other cities.
