The Area Manager position involves overseeing and monitoring the management of branch/point offices, including: ensuring all branch KPIs within the area are met well, such as maintaining portfolio quality and quantity growth in line with goals set by Amartha; ensuring recruitment, service, and partner assistance processes follow established SOPs; overseeing strategy, management, processes, and operations of all branches within the assigned area; ensuring complete and orderly branch office administration; ensuring branch operations run smoothly by meeting licensing, infrastructure, and inventory requirements; ensuring policies and procedures are strictly followed by all branch staff; ensuring all staff deliver optimal performance through training, performance monitoring, and conflict management; ensuring regional branch operations run through proper human resource fulfillment and management; ensuring expansion set by Amartha proceeds as intended; ensuring portfolio quality aligns with Amartha's goals and branch audit values meet management expectations; enforcing principles of transparency at the branch. Requirements: Minimum Bachelor's degree (Sarjana); experience responsible for leading a minimum of 2 branches; experience leading more than 15 team members; at least 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as Coordinator/Supervisor/Branch Head/Area Manager; ability to develop sales & marketing strategies to guide the team toward targets; own a motorcycle and SIM C; willing to travel throughout the Bima, West Nusa Tenggara area. Required capabilities: High discipline (integrity, honesty & transparency); strong communication and team collaboration skills; high learning spirit, particularly for analyzing information and data; adaptable to change and target-oriented; ability to build a coaching culture to improve team performance.
