JOB POSITION Objective Develop and maintain reliable, maintainable, and fit-for-purpose non-ERP applications, integrations, data processing, reports, and dashboards based on approved Solution Designs. Key Responsibilities Build application features spanning front-end and back-end components. Create APIs, middleware, integrations, data processing, reports, and dashboards. Turn approved Solution Designs into dependable technical solutions. Conduct technical testing, debugging, and root-cause analysis. Assist System Analyst during UAT and technical issue resolution. Carry out deployment, go-live, and stabilization tasks. Keep source code, version control, technical documentation, and deployment records up to date. Handle technical escalations from Application Support. Enhance technical delivery through automation and modern development approaches. Maintain clear and proactive communication with System Analyst, Application Support, Business Users, and other relevant stakeholders on progress, issues, risks, and required actions. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related discipline. Demonstrated hands-on software/application development experience. Strong practical skills in: front-end development (React / Next.js); back-end development (PHP / Laravel, Node.js / NestJS); SQL and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL); API and system integration; data processing and transformation / ETL (Pentaho); reporting/dashboard development (Clear Report, Crystal Report); debugging and testing; deployment and version control (Github), including web server configuration (IIS, Nginx, Apache, OpenLiteSpeed). Full-stack development capability is strongly preferred. Capable of independently building, reviewing, maintaining, and troubleshooting delivered solutions. Solid understanding of software maintainability, reliability, performance, and basic application security. Strong logical and technical problem-solving ability. Effective and proactive communication with System Analyst, Application Support, Business Users, and other relevant stakeholders. Non-smoker. Latest photo is mandatory. Candidates should be able to demonstrate practical capability in: applying agentic AI within an actual software development workflow; reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs; maintaining control over code quality, maintainability, reliability, and security; independently understanding, troubleshooting, and maintaining the resulting solution. Candidates may demonstrate capability using the agentic AI development platform or environment of their choice.
