Job Vacancy: Accountant / Accounting Staff. Nats Baju Senam is seeking a professional, detail-oriented individual with strong integrity to join the team as an Accountant / Accounting Staff. Responsibilities include preparing and ensuring accurate monthly and annual financial statements; recording all financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards; managing monthly and annual closing processes; performing bank, cash, receivables, payables, and inventory reconciliations; preparing and analyzing income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other financial reports; managing company tax administration including VAT, income tax, and SPT filings in line with applicable regulations; ensuring all transactions and financial documents comply with tax rules and accounting standards; coordinating with internal or external auditors as needed; creating financial reports and analyses to support management decision-making; and ensuring all financial data is stored neatly, completely, and is accountable. Qualifications: Female; minimum bachelor's degree in Accounting; minimum 2 years of work experience in Accounting and Taxation; must have proficiency in Accurate Accounting software (primary requirement); understanding of the full accounting cycle from transaction recording through financial statement preparation; mastery of general journal, ledger, reconciliation, adjustments, financial statement preparation, and the closing process; understanding of Indonesian taxation (VAT, Income Tax Articles 21, 23, 25, 29, and other tax provisions); able to perform financial statement analysis well; proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, and other functions); analytical, meticulous, systematic, and detail-oriented capabilities; able to work independently or as part of a team; high integrity, honesty, discipline, and accountability; good communication skills. Additional values: experience using Accurate Online or Accurate Desktop; experience handling retail or e-commerce companies is an added advantage; understanding of inventory management, Cost of Goods Sold (HPP), and stock reconciliation; experience with audits and tax inspections is a plus.
