This role seeks a dedicated and proactive Business Development Manager focused on high-volume Affiliates, Trading Communities, and KOLs in Germany, managing these partnerships end to end. The primary goal is to maximize revenue in the region through affiliate onboarding and retention; secondarily, expanding the user base and growing OKX brand awareness. Responsibilities include proactively recruiting new affiliates, KOLs, trading/crypto communities, and influencers to build strategic partnerships; implementing results-driven strategies and campaigns centered on content creation, trading volume growth, new user acquisition, and active transaction promotion through affiliate channels; maintaining and strengthening relationships with local crypto influencers and KOLs through frequent contact and user acquisition partnerships; initiating and joining partner meetings to explore expansion opportunities and strengthen existing relationships both locally and internationally; collaborating closely with the product department to provide market insights that optimize offerings and attract qualified users; and analyzing competitor advantages and industry trends to refine strategies and identify market gaps. Required qualifications include solid affiliate marketing experience in the cryptocurrency space, experience building large affiliate networks from start to finish, strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, understanding of fundamental affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods through data analysis and segmentation, strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data for strategic decisions, exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, and a goal-oriented mindset focused on achieving and exceeding targets. Nice-to-have qualifications include experience working across time zones and cross-cultural teams, bonus consideration for previous work at a crypto exchange, trading company, or CFD broker, passion for blockchain technology and the crypto trading space, German language proficiency, and immediate availability.
