Responsibilities include recording all financial transactions in Manajer.io, such as creating and sending invoices for billing to sales, inputting invoice payments from sales, updating stock opname in Manajer.io, closing profit and loss and balance sheet reports in Manajer.io, and inputting data needed for system implementation into spreadsheets including sales details, stock (soybeans, plastic, other raw materials), production results, and cash flow. Also responsible for pursuing billing when sales staff are difficult to reach, submitting withdrawal requests to FKDB, checking account transactions, reporting unit business closing balances, preparing weekly profit and loss reports and sending them to Monev, compiling salary data and paying weekly salaries to employees, archiving data related to the business unit, and handling other business unit tasks assigned by the manager and Monev. Requirements: Minimum high school/vocational school (SMA/SMK) education; preference for candidates with experience in accounting/finance and strong numerical skills; able to operate Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, with proficiency; able to work in a team; able to adapt to changes and work under pressure; strong problem-solving abilities; detail-oriented, proactive, and take initiative.
