The Lucky Rent is a car rental service company focused on quality service and customer comfort. The company offers various vehicle types for personal, family, and business needs with daily, weekly, and monthly rental systems. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Organize and arrange daily driver schedules based on customer bookings. Record and monitor vehicle bookings, departure schedules, and vehicle returns. Manage customer data, vehicle data, and driver data neatly and accurately. Serve as the liaison between customers and drivers to ensure smooth trips. Assist with payment collection and rental transaction verification processes. Handle customer complaints and provide professional solutions. Ensure availability of office supplies and support other operational needs. Coordinate with the operations team for vehicle maintenance and inspections. Qualifications: Minimum education SMA/SMK or equivalent. Experience in administration or customer service (preferred). Ability to use computers and office applications (MS Office, Excel, etc.). Good communication and organizational skills. Detail-oriented, neat, responsible, and able to work under pressure. Specifically for night shift (19.00-07.00 WIB). THOSE UNWILLING TO WORK THE NIGHT SHIFT ARE ASKED NOT TO APPLY.
