Provide administrative support to the Sales/Business Development team. Manage RFQs, quotations, tenders, proposals, and sales-related documentation. Keep customer, project, quotation, and sales pipeline records up to date. Work in coordination with Engineering, Procurement, Project, and Finance teams. Track quotation/tender deadlines to ensure all submissions are completed on time. Prepare sales reports and maintain well-organized document filing. Requirements: Minimum D3/S1 degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in Sales Admin, Sales Support, or Tender Admin roles. Background in EPC, engineering, construction, or related industries is preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Solid communication, coordination, and organizational skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to work within deadlines. Good written and verbal English skills. Familiarity with RFQ, BOQ, quotation, tender, and vendor documents is an added advantage.
