Source and buy materials and electronic components intended for production and research and development use. Negotiate with suppliers regarding price, lead time, MOQ, delivery terms, and other conditions. Generate Purchase Orders (PO) to the supplier and track delivery progress. Work with the supply chain team to keep material stock levels stable so that production runs smoothly. Maintain purchasing records and track any deliveries that are still outstanding. Support the creation of monthly stock reports and variance checks. Handle other tasks or projects assigned by management.
