Qualifications: maximum age 40 years; minimum education vocational high school / Associate degree / Bachelor's degree in any field; 3-5 years of work experience in the import/ppjk (by ocean) field; solid understanding of import regulations, customs clearance, HS Code; able to operate the CEISA 4.0 system; experience handling import documentation for project goods is considered an added value; experience preparing import reports in INSW, SIINAS is considered an added value; proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint); communicative and able to coordinate with team; detail-oriented when reviewing documents; honest, punctual, diligent, and able to work under pressure; accountable for assigned tasks. Job Description: review draft BL, E-COO-, CIPL and communicate with the shipper regarding import-related documents; prepare import documents (power of attorney, shipping line DO retrieval letter, SPJM documents, etc.); submit SPJM documents; input PIB data into the CEISA 4.0 system; identify the HS code for goods; monitor the shipping process until goods are received by the customer; report import realization (when needed).
