Responsibilities: Warehouse administration record-keeping. Stock management including monitoring and recording the incoming and outgoing movement of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods to ensure optimal stock availability. Receipt and dispatch of goods involving accepting raw materials and packaging materials from suppliers and preparing product shipments according to customer orders. Warehouse maintenance by arranging the layout of items for easy access and ensuring the warehouse stays clean and organized. Coordination with other departments by working together with production, marketing, purchasing, and R&D teams to ensure smooth operations and fulfillment of raw material needs as well as product distribution. Conducting monthly stock takes together with the accounting department. Managing warehouse helper staff. Qualifications: Minimum D3 education (any major). Minimum 1 year of experience as a warehouse administrator. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially spreadsheet/Excel for recording and reporting purposes. Understands and is capable of applying FIFO/FEFO methods and stock management. Detail-oriented, diligent, and able to work within deadlines. Willing to work overtime and/or on Sundays/holidays when needed due to order overloads. Good communication skills and able to work as a team. Able to join as soon as possible. Residency in Sukoharjo/Solo Raya area.
