Key responsibilities include reviewing main account mutations and recording transactions in the "Bank Book" gsheet, entering bank book data into the Accurate system, and inputting vendor bank book data into the "Data Pelaporan Pajak" gsheet. The role also involves verifying vendor payment submissions from A/R Staff, opening tax invoices for billing received from finance admin and logging them in Cortex, creating weekly reports in the "Weekly Report lengkap" gsheet, and updating the "Out Standing" gsheet along with the Accurate system whenever customers make payments. Additionally, tax reporting must be conducted on the 15th of each month, and reported tax documents need to be filed. The position also requires requesting tax withholding certificates from customers and reporting PPN at month-end. About you: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor (S1) degree in a relevant field; Minimum 1 year of work experience in a similar or related position; understanding of basic accounting principles with the ability to prepare financial reports; proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel; high attention to detail, detail-oriented, and able to work neatly and systematically; high motivation to learn and ability to adapt quickly.
