This position requires handling the recording, inputting, and organizing of all daily financial transactions into the company system, overseeing petty cash flow, processing operational reimbursements for employees, generating invoices and tax invoices for clients, performing daily bank reconciliation, and supporting accounting and tax consultants in compiling monthly and annual financial reports. Core duties include entering and organizing daily financial transactions into the system; managing petty cash flow and employee operational reimbursements while ensuring documentation is complete; accurately issuing invoices, receipts, and tax invoices to clients or customers; carrying out daily bank reconciliation to align internal records with bank statements; and aiding accounting and tax consultants in preparing monthly and annual financial reports. Candidates must hold at minimum a D3 or S1 degree in Accounting, Financial Management, Business Management, or a related discipline; possess 0-2 years of work experience in financial administration or a comparable area; demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel (competence with basic formulas such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Table is required); and exhibit a strong degree of accuracy, honesty, responsibility, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
