Requirements: • S1 degree in Accounting. • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting and Tax. • Familiar with accounting software. • Strong knowledge of Accounting and Tax with up-to-date awareness of the latest regulations. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel. • Preferred: candidates holding Brevet A and B certificates. • Preferred: candidates with experience at a Tax Consultant firm. • Understanding of the Coretax taxation system. • Good communication skills, quick learner, strong time management, ability to work under a tight schedule, capable of working both in teams and independently, responsible and detail-oriented. • Mandarin speaking and writing skills are a plus. Job Scope: • Verifying the completeness and accuracy of invoices for payment. • Data entry and document filing. • Preparing financial reports. • Creating and monitoring Petty Cash disbursements and preparing Petty Cash reports. • Preparing SPT Masa reports and data entry. • Carrying out other tasks as assigned by Management.
