Accounting & Finance Officer Responsible for accounting, finance, and costing functions at PT TDK ELECTRONICS INDONESIA. Accounting and finance duties include handling general accounting activities such as journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing. Supports accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks like invoice verification, payment processing, and customer/vendor reconciliations. Reviews purchase requisitions (PR) and supporting documents per company policies and internal controls. Prepares financial reports and schedules for management and headquarters. Ensures compliance with company policies, accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal control requirements. Assists internal and external audits by preparing required data and documentation. Coordinates with internal departments and external parties on finance and accounting matters. Maintains accurate financial records and ensures timely completion of assigned tasks. Participates in process improvement initiatives within the Finance department. Handles other ad-hoc assignments as needed. Costing and controlling duties involve supporting product costing, cost allocation, and inventory valuation. Participates in monthly cost closing and ensures accurate cost reporting. Analyzes manufacturing and operational cost variances with supporting explanations. Monitors budget utilization and supports forecasting for assigned cost centers. Prepares profitability, cost analysis, and controlling reports for management decision-making. Supports cost optimization initiatives and enhances cost transparency across business operations. Authorizations: SAP Entry, PR Verifier, E-Form Verifier, Reporting & Data Preparation. Employment conditions include cooperation and adjustment with project leaders of other internal departments within BT TPS. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, costing, or related fields. Familiarity with Indonesia local GAAP and IFRS. Good understanding of finance, accounting, and internal control principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, preferably Ms. Excel, ERP System (SAP preferred), and tax software. Knowledge of taxation regulations is an advantage (Brevet A & B Certificate). Strong analytical and reporting skills. Good understanding of cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Familiarity with manufacturing costing, inventory valuation, and controlling principles. Able to handle full set accounts. Personal attributes: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with effective interaction across all levels of the organization.
