Account Executive Handle and maintain client relationships with a client-first approach. Communicate clearly and professionally in Bahasa/English to coordinate with clients and teams. Proactively identify client needs, propose solutions, and resolve issues using strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Coordinate projects to ensure delivery on schedule, within budget, and in line with client expectations. Assist the sales and operations team with client liaison, reporting, and administration. Research market trends, analyze sales data, and deliver insights to support smarter business decisions. Adapt quickly to new challenges in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. Requirements: Have 1+ years experience in client handling, account management, marketing, or communications (B2B/B2C) Possess strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Are organized with solid project management abilities Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Building strong client relationships and able to maintain client Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Are available to join ASAP
