PT Duta Kalingga Pratama is seeking talented individuals to join its team as an Account Executive. Available locations: Jakarta, Cikarang, Tangerang, Semarang, Batam. Responsibilities: building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients; understanding client needs and proposing solutions aligned with the company's products and services; preparing proposals, delivering presentations, and negotiating contracts; meeting predetermined sales targets; coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth client service processes; preparing regular sales reports and client development updates. Qualifications: minimum D3 degree in any major, with preference for Management, Marketing, Communication, or related fields; at least 1 year of experience in sales or marketing; strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team; proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM applications; having a personal vehicle and a valid driving license is a plus; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
