Qualifications: Minimum high school or vocational diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent). Sales experience required (preferably in WiFi, Telco, or FMCG sales). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Target-driven and ready to work in the field. Must have a personal smartphone. Personal vehicle is an added advantage. Must be ready to work with a target-based and commission system. Primary Responsibilities: Offer and sell WiFi / Internet broadband service products to prospective customers. Conduct door-to-door, booth, canvassing, event, or online sales activities as directed by the company. Explain product details to customers, including: Assist customers with the registration process through to installation request. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set. Follow up with prospects until closing occurs. Maintain good relationships with customers to drive referrals and repeat orders. Fill in and report sales activities through the system or daily reports. Coordinate with the team leader or supervisor regarding field-related issues. Maintain the company's image and reputation when interacting with customers.
